The Wedding by Nicholas Sparks x quotes

image

I stayed up late last night just to finish this novel. It’s so beautiful! ❤
I was already hooked to this novel even just after reading its prologue and every chapter are too beautiful that you would want to read it continuously and never put it down.
I seriously had no idea that the ending will go that way! I really didn’t expect it. It was amazing.  Wow! Just wow!
Maybe some of you would say that what I wrote is kind of exaggerated. Haha! But really, I find the story super amazing! :D:D
This novel was published last 2003 that I wondered why it took me so long to download this book and read it. Was I living under the rock all those years?? Lol 😜

Made this to post on my Instagram. ❤

Quotable quotes I found from the book. 🙂
1. “What are we, after all, without our memories, without our dreams?”
2. “The experts’ advice on improving a marriage? To focus on the four As—attention, appreciation, affection, and attraction.”
3. “When people ask me what it’s like to be a parent, I say that it’s among the hardest things you’ll ever do, but in exchange, it teaches you the meaning of unconditional love. Everything a baby does strikes a parent as the most magical thing he or she has ever seen.”
4. “But that doesn’t mean you can’t love them anyway. And it doesn’t mean that you should ever stop doing your best to let them know how important they are to you.” Referring to understanding women.
5. “But love, I’ve come to understand, is more than three words mumbled before bedtime. Love is sustained by action, a pattern of devotion in the things we do for each other every day.”
6. “Marriage is about compromise; it’s about doing something for the other person, even when you don’t want to.”
7. “Gifts of the heart can’t be claimed by anyone except the giver.”
8. “It’s funny, but have you ever noticed that the more special something is, the more people seem to take it for granted? It’s like they think it won’t ever change.”
9. “I love you, Jane, and I’m the luckiest man in the world to have you.” Gosh! It’s too sweet. I wish my future husband will find himself lucky too to have me. 😜
10. “I know I can’t change the past, but I can change the future. I can change, too. And I will.”
11. “Experience had taught me that even the most precious memories fade with the passage of time.”
12. “Absence might make the heart grow fonder,”
13. “I learned that it’s possible for two people to fall in love all over again, even when there’s been a lifetime of disappointment between them.” 👍

Have you read the book already? If not yet, you seriously should! 😀

PS.
To my very own Wilson Lewis, where are you? I’ll wait for you. 😍❤

My 5 Favorite Bloggers

image

I’ve been hooked to reading blogs since just last year and over a year, the following had been my favorite and had inspired me in so many ways; one of which is to make my own blog.
1. Vern and Verniece Enciso of http://vernverniece.com

image

Photo link
They just recently launched their first book and that’s how the cover looks like.
They’re sisters and are fashion and lifestyle bloggers. At first I thought they’re twin because they call each other “twin” sometimes (or are they actually twin? 😱 oops!), and before, I can’t tell who’s who. I love their articles about fashion, travel and their personal experiences in life. I also love how they dress. Their wardrobe is just too adorable. ❤

2. Kryz Uy of http://kryzuy.com

I love how this girl blog and I  love that she replies to everyone that comments. She makes her readers feel special and appreciated. I love her pictures, too! I wish I’ll meet her on December 7th. I also love her fashion sense.

3. Camille Co of http://itscamilleco.com

image

I can’t seem to download a picture from her own blog, so I looked at the other blogger’s blog. Photo link
As what she wrote on her About Me page..

Camille is always a fashion
designer, sometimes a model,
occasionally a stylist and as of
April 2011, officially a blogger.
Take a peek into her world and
witness her love affair with
fashion and a few other loves in
between.

You, guys, will seriously love her, too!

4. Ana Gonzales of http://anagonzales.com

One of the founders of Bloggers United! I met her during the Bloggers United 7 and she was so nice!

5. Tricia Gosingtian of http://blog.triciagosingtian.com

From her About Me page..

Tricia Gosingtian documents her personal style, lifestyle, travels and photography in this small space she considers a personal diary. She hopes to give you places to go to when you have to stay where you are.

I met her two times already; when she had her book signing event and when she had her talk at the Belle de Jour 2014 fair.

I’m looking forward to Bloggers United 8 this December 7th!! 😍❤

Mobile Photography | Manny Pacquiao

Another set of photos for you, guys! This week, I haven’t been to any other place except at school and at Bureau of Customs so I never had the chance to shoot just using my phone.

The Killing Moon (Cole and Dana Book 1)

image
Kindle edition.

Synopsis

Six months ago, werewolf tracker Dana Gray barely escaped from Cole Randall, the wolf serial killer who kept her in his basement torturing her. Toying with her. He almost killed her, but he couldn’t. He let her live.
Now, she finds herself obsessed with Cole. His voice haunts her, hypnotic and liquid, flowing through her, both horrifying and arousing. She can’t shut him up.
At her job, she struggles with a bewildering case in which rehabilitated werewolves are going astray and killing again. From his maximum security cell, Cole claims he has all the answers. But he’ll only talk to Dana.
Maybe Cole knows something. Maybe he doesn’t. Dana doesn’t know. She only knows she’s grateful for the excuse to go to him. And once she hears his voice again, she’ll do anything to see him, whether it helps the case or not.

I don’t know about you but I don’t like reading synopsis because for me they’re a spoiler already. As much as possible I want to have zero knowledge on what I’ll read. If you’re like me, sorry for still posting the synopsis. 😁✌

It’s my first time to read a novel from the author and also my first time to read a novel about werewolves. And, this one didn’t disappoint me. ❤
I actually almost gave up reading this book because I find the first two chapters boring. 😜 Good thing I kept on insisting myself to keep on reading because this book turned out to be such a good read. I loved it! 🙂

*I seriously do not know how to make a book review.  Haha! But I’m working on that. I’m reading some articles in the internet giving tips on how to make one. 😀

On a Saturday…

We have a Saturday class that’s supposed to end at 5pm but since one of our professor was at a teachers’ camp, we were dismissed early. Thank you!!! I was too sleepy to be at school anyway. 😜
Will again share some photographs I took last Sunday since I don’t have any homework to do.. 😉

I still have many photos to share but I only limit five pictures in one post so I could publish it without waiting for an hour. That’s how bad my internet connection is. Haha!

I hope you liked them! 🙂 Have an awesome weekend, people! 💋❤
