Shopped for School Supplies

A week and few days left before school starts again. It’s that time of the year again where we would shop for school supplies for ourselves, though, in my case for my niece. Yay!! The joy of being a graduate and not going to school again this June. Haha!

Alliyah and I went to National Book Store at SM Mall of Asia around 4pm so it wouldn’t be too hot on the road.

She’s going to be in Grade 1 at the age of 5 years and 9 months! Lol! I remember I entered Grade 1 at the age of 7. 😜

We bought notebooks, papers, pencils, etc but not the bag and shoes yet. That will be her mother’s agenda. 😀 I loved seeing my niece’s reaction in buying what she needs. I could see that she’s excited to go back to school again with her new things. 🙂 I even let her choose whatever notebook designs she’ll buy to be sure she’ll really like it.

After crossing off all the things she’ll need from the list, yes her mother made a list so we wouldn’t forget anything, I let her browse some books from the shelves. She’s so happy when she saw some Frozen books! 🙂

After checking out at the counter, we went to Chowking to eat. While waiting for our orders, she mentioned that I can already have a husband. Hahah! Maybe she was happy that I accompanied her in buying her things so she gave me the blessing of being in a relationship because she used to never ever want me have a boyfriend. 😀

She’s super hungry already.

Went home with full stomach and she volunteered to carry the bag of school supplies. As of writing, she’s asleep already, got tired for sure. Heh! ^___^
