Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall Park, Taiwan

If you’re doing research on where to go to Taiwan, you’ll probably come across this park on the list. If you’re into arts and history, you totally should go here. Architectures are beautiful and if you’re lucky, cherry blossoms are beautiful when they’re in full bloom here. We went here last February 21st, there were cherry blossoms but only few trees have yet. It was also great to know more about Chiang Kai-shek – the former president of the Republic of China. Below are the photos I took when I went there:

It has 89 steps since Chiang Kai-shek passed away at that age.
Don’t miss witnessing the changing of the guards every hour from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Beautiful view from above. National Theater on the left, The Archway in the middle and the National Concert Hall on the right.

Don’t miss this when going to Taiwan. πŸ™‚

Going there, just alight at Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall MRT Station and exit at Exit 3 or 5. They’re open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

All photos were taken with OPPO F5.

  1. Wow! What a grand place!

The grandeur and splendour of Chiang Kai-shek’s Memorial Hall were nicely captured in the blog post.

It’s a place which aims to remind people of the founders of the country.
