Rilakkuma Cafe in Taiwan

Taiwan has a lot of character themed cafes and one of which is the Rilakkuma Cafe. For brunch last Friday, February 23rd, we decided to have it at the said cafe.
We arrived at the cafe 30 minutes early their opening time and I’m glad we did because people were starting to arrive one by one. But really though, we were just excited. 😀 How can we not? Rilakkuma is super cute!They have this cute Rilakkuma couch where you could take a photo.They also sell Rilakkuma stuff like plushies , notebooks, etc.For brunch, these are we ordered.

Rilakkuma Omelet with Boeuf Bourguignon

Wasn’t bad but it’s not something I’d order again. I felt like the sauce is too rich for my taste. It was only the sauce, though. I liked the meat, omelet and rice a lot.

As for Andy, he absolutely loved this. It’s very filling he said. I tried the fried and it was good. Fried to perfection.

For our drinks, we ordered strawberry smoothie and kiwi smoothie. The strawberry smoothie was remarkably good considering that I’m not that of a fan of strawberries because they’re a little sour.  Andy said he didn’t enjoyed his kiwi smoothie. It was a little bland for him but it was too sour for me.

I’d visit this place again if I could and order other items from their menu. 🙂
