Yahoo! It’s the weekend again. Every weekend, my sister and I try to go to other places that we thought would be nice and relaxing.
Yesterday, Oct 12th, my sister and I traveled to Paniman Beach in Ternate, Cavite. It took us 2 hours to get there. We learned about his beach through a Facebook post and the blogger tagged it as “Abandoned Paradise for Day Trippers”. It is, indeed! One has to have their own car or motorcycle to go there. I didn’t see any public transportation that goes all the way to the beach. I’d say it is very secluded. I remember getting nervous while we’re driving along the narrow road surrounded by trees (looks like a jungle. lol) and a cliff on the other side.
Anyway, here are some photos we took yesterday.
I love it there! Except for the cigarette butts on the sand. 😦 Why can’t people throw it in the trash can???
As for food, we knew that there aren’t any stores or restaurants nearby so we bought our lunch from Jollibee along the way. But then when you buy coconuts from the caretaker for Php 100 for three, it will already make you full. It’s fresh too as you’d see him climb the tree and get it for you. 😀
Also, I journaled by the beach! It’s so relaxing. You can watch it here. ☟
After that, I slept under the shade of a coconut tree with the sound of the beach waves in the background. I felt so relaxed!
I hope you all had a great Saturday as well. 🙂 See you in the blog post.
Hi! Thanks to this post of yours I learned a new place to visit soon.
Is the 2 hour travel time from Metro Manila? Also are there any available cottages of some sort in the area?
Thank you! 🙂

From Pasay City 🙂 and yes, there are cottages to use for free. Paunahan siguro. Not sure. Entrance fee was 300 pesos and kami na pumili ng cottage namin.

Gah it looks so beautiful and peaceful! 😩 all the beaches around here are constantly swamped with people. I would LOVE to visit there!

You’ll love it there. But that beach is swamped with people too during summer. So it was nice to visit it off-season. hehe
