Hello, friends!! It’s been a while since I uploaded a JWM video. Though I journal almost daily, I wasn’t able to film them. I hope you’ll like today’s video. Check out the links in the video description if you want to buy the same stationery I used. 💖
Hi, friends! I haven’t journaled for 2 days. But last Saturday, I finally had time to do so. I decided to make a gratitude list to be reminded of the good things in my life, be it small or big. My gratitude journal has been such a very good tool for my mental health and I encourage you, guys, to do the same. Write something you’re grateful for. If you can do it every day, much better, too. Good luck, friends! ❤️
Hi, friends! Here’s a quick journal with me video I did last Tuesday before I went to bed. I feel guilty for not doing my gratitude journal every day anymore but this month has just been busy with my shop and day job. I hope you all are well! ❤️
Hi! I feel like it’s been so long since I last uploaded a video. Haha. This video is me journaling for a week. I do this almost daily since July, though. ☺️ Listing down things I’m grateful for that day because I want to look back to it in the future and be reminded how blessed I am to receive such blessings and experience all those happy memories. And even with the sad things in life that were able to teach me lessons.
P.S. I can’t journal without designing my pages with stickers and wash tapes. 😄
P.P.S. Sorry for the white noise and other noise outside our house. I had to turn off the songs I added while editing because I got copyrighted. 😅
I’m grateful for all of you that watch my videos. 🥰
It’s April 30th and it’s my birthday! Though as of writing it’s already 11:32 PM so I still have less than 30 minutes. 😊 I spent my birthday with my family – we had lunch at home where my sisters prepared dishes and desserts, we then went to church and then went to the mall. I’m thankful!
Sometimes, happiness for me is elusive. But listing happy things and remember happy moments help me brighten my day. Thinking positive thoughts, too, and be grateful and contented with what I have.Read More »
