I remember when I was in Taiwan, their kind of water was either milk tea or any tea in general. It is so much healthier anyways, I wasn’t used to it but I still drank it as a way to show respect and appreciate the offer. It was after all what I needed for my health, so I try to drink it once a while.
Last February 15, 2018, I flew back to Taiwan to be with my boyfriend again. (On why we chose Taiwan instead of me going to Canada instead, you may read it here.) It was such an exciting day for me. Prior to the flight, I haven’t seen my boyfriend for almost a year so I was very excited.
First thing I noticed is the weather. Manila weather is always around 32 degrees Celsius and I’m used to that. A week ago, I attended another BDJ Passion Series, Flawlessly Ethereal, at the Flawless Head Office. Even though it’s a little far from my place, I was glad that it’s where the venue is. I always wanted to see their head office! ❤️

I’m so envious of all you guys who are experiencing autumn/fall right now. (We only have two seasons.) But to also feel like I’m experiencing fall, I changed my wallpaper to a photo of pumpkins! It’s so gorgeous! 😍
In this blog post, I’ll be sharing with you some memories I had last month. Scanning my planner/journal, I noticed, I wrote that I had busy days at work. With all the exams and awarding for the students, plus my daily tasks, it was indeed a busy month for me. I even got sick (I have cough until now.) But aside all these, September has been good! I was able to make great memories that I thought I’d summarize it all here. 🙂 Let’s start!
The last time I wore a gown was when I was in high school, when I attended a prom and that was last 2007. The gown I wore was my cousin’s whom she wore at our cousin’s wedding. If I remember correctly, it was in orange (cringe) and off the shoulder type. It looked okay actually but if I had any other choice, I’d pick a different one.
Fast forward to today, imagine how happy I was that I was able to collaborate with Gown For Rent and be one of their brand ambassadresses. Finally! I had the chance to wear a gown again!
I went to their shop and saw all the beautiful gowns they have – from wedding gowns, cocktail dresses, bridesmaid dresses, gowns for kids, for debut and others. I was sooo happy! I’d definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Why buy a gown that you’d only get to wear once or twice, right? It’s more practical to just rent. With Gown For Rent, you’d even get the chance to own the accessories that comes with the gown. 😉
