Hi, friends! I haven’t journaled for 2 days. But last Saturday, I finally had time to do so. I decided to make a gratitude list to be reminded of the good things in my life, be it small or big. My gratitude journal has been such a very good tool for my mental health and I encourage you, guys, to do the same. Write something you’re grateful for. If you can do it every day, much better, too.
