Dinner With Grandma

After almost 4 years, I met my grandma again! She flew from Iloilo to visit us and she’ll be staying with us for the next 3 days. I’m happy to see her again. ❀ So, we took her to dinner last night.

We then played at Timezone. Hooray to Iyah for winning 50 tickets every time she play this machine. I tried but I only got 10 tickets. πŸ˜‚

Fun night! I hope our grandma will enjoy her stay with us. ❀

Dora Went To Work

I was required to go to work last Saturday even though weekends are my days off from work to finish some stuff and help organizing documents at our department. I didn’t have plans to go somewhere else after work so I opted for a lazy outfit. I just wore pink shirt, yellow shorts, my white flats and white bag.

β€œDora came to work! Where’s Diego?” said the security guard.

Haha! Ugh. I only noticed that I somehow imitated Dora The Explorer with my outfit. It was embarrassing yet we all had a good laugh which is fine because it made my day less boring. πŸ˜€Read More »

Sunday Solo Wanderings: Paco Park

Hello, guys! Happy Sunday!

I just got home from my solo wandering at Paco Park in Manila and I loved it there so much! The place is quiet and clean. Plus the weather was so good that made my stay at the park so relaxing!

What made me go Google about where to go this Sunday is because I’m depressed when I stay at home. All I do is lay in bed and tap on my phone. Makes me grumpy too that it affects my communication with Andy and my sisters at home. Thankfully, Paco Park was one of the recommended places to go to when one wants a quiet and relaxing place. Plus, I’ve never been there before.

It’s not that far from home too. I took a train and walked going there. Seeing the photos from Google, I thought the place would be creepy since it’s one of the oldest structures in Manila. Well, maybe it is during night time but during the day, it’s beautiful. Full of trees and there were other park goers too. There were students practicing a dance routine too at one side of the park. The sun is out

After a week of class suspension because of storms (3!!) I was finally able to go to my school yesterday to process my Transcript of Records. How lucky I am to arrive there without having to queue!Β  πŸ˜‰ Filled up forms and paid the cashier without sweat! Such a great way to start my day!

Me and Marnie πŸ™‚

I then met Marnie at Bon Chon in SM Mall of Asia! How I missed this girl so much! We ordered food and talked about anything we could think of.

Job Examination

Today is a tiring day for me, both mentally and physically. I had my job exam this afternoon at a bank, at Banco de Oro (BDO) and oh boy! The exam is no easy – especially the Accounting. All my college years we have studied it but I never loved that subject. Haha! The office/testing center is far from home too. I had to get on a train and a bus to get there.

Thank God, it was all worth it since I passed the exam! 🙌 I’ll have my interview on June 5 and I really, really hope I’ll be able to get the job. Pray for me? ^____^

It’s past 10:25 pm here and I’m just lying in bed. I’m not sleepy since I slept when I got home, although my body is so tired, especially my legs because I wore heels the whole day. Note to self: bring flats next time. πŸ˜€

I’m wishing you all a good day/night wherever you are! πŸ˜‰
